Great location, super clean.

Pros: The location is more than perfect. It is situated exactly on Vitosha Boulevard, very close to the metro and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were very kind and helpful. It was also surprisingly quiet. I loved the view of Vitosha Mountain from the balcony.

Cons: The room was far too warm, even with the heating turned off. Also, I found the pillows and bed not too comfortable.

Brilliant

Pros: Loved the hotel. Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were beautiful - super clean, comfy beds, very modern. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Rooms were a bit too hot but had a window/balcony door that I could open which helped.

We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great service. Everyone was kind, smiling, very friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the fact that they provided 2 types of pillows (soft and hard), not something you see often in hotels. Great breakfast options too. Steps away from the Main Street with restaurants, bars, park.

Cons: One small thing we noticed was the toilet bin had not been cleaned.

Pros: Very convenient location, friendly staff, and clean and quiet room.

Cons: Parking inside the car park was not easy, and the price was above the average for Sofia. Anyway, it is good to find a safe park in the hotel located in the center of Sofia.
