Pros: The Location is at a great location :) The room was clean and had all essentials. Coffee and water also available which is a lovely touch.

Cons: You could hear the people next door talking which could be an issue if you are a light sleeper

Pros: The location was very central and within walking distance of tourist sites, shops, restaurants/cafes and the local Tourist Information Centre ( they were so helpful). It was a little tricky finding Location but we had good support and directions from the Reception staff. It would have been really useful having the location pinpointed on the map as we were dropped off late and we walked up and down the street with the taxi driver a couple of times before we found it. Once in, it was easy. The beds were ultra comfortable and although the rooms were on the small side, they were adequate for our overnight stay. We were able to leave our luggage there in self-locking cupboards after checking out which was a crucial facility for us. We went back to pick it up later ( by 17.30 as it s only manned until 18.00).

Cons: We thought we'd booked a bigger room so that was initially disappointing but not a deal breaker. We had asked for adjacent rooms but this did not happen. The place is small with only a handful of rooms so again, this was not a deal breaker.

Pros: It was clean and location was very convinient. There was complimentary water in the rooms and espresso in reception which is very kind. There is free lockers in reception, they save my things after co. The receptionist was very friendly and smiling face. Cost effective and good price for value.

Amazing stay, totally recommend

Pros: The staff was very friendly and we loved it here. The room was very cosy and very clean. The room had everything, from toiletries to hair dryer and safe. I don't know what kind of fabric conditioner they are using, but the towels were incredbly soft and had they had an amazing smell, I literally fell in love with the smell. The bed was very comfortable with memory foam topper and the pillows were soft and great to sleep on. The location is great, walking distance from all the main attractions, including the Christmas markets. If I will return to Sofia, I will definitely choose this place to stay again. Totally recommend 👌

Pros: Great location very central to vitosha boulevard with numerous restaurants. Local to metro station straight to airport.

Pros: Clean, tidy, Coffee & Tea available . Great central Hotel so close to Tourist spots / Shops/Restaurants. Loved the Taxi call button , taxi turns up outside within 5 minutes . I have stayed here 4 times so far . Would definitely recommend it
