Pros: Room was available for early check in. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful during our stay. She explained every details about room and facility. Location is perfect. Recommended!

Cons: Faucet was not tightly fixed. The room was not perfectly cleaned. There is often pump noise coming from water system in the room.

Perfect central location

Pros: We had an very positive experience at the hotel! The location is truly ideal, very central, which made getting around extremely easy. The space felt warm and comfortable, creating a very pleasant atmosphere from the very first moment. The decoration was unique and thoughtfully designed, giving the hotel a distinctive character. Despite being in such a central area, it was very quiet, allowing us to relax and rest properly. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

Cons: As a very minor downside, the TV is somewhat old, so it does not support streaming platforms, and the available channels were only in Bulgarian.

Absolutely brilliant

Pros: Superb hotel in the very heart of Sofia, close from everything and superbly designed. And how not to mention the coolest receptionist in town, Alex, who has been a delight throughout my stay and help me with my complicated stay over schedule :) Thank you Alex :)

Cons: The only downside would be the water boiler issue where you have to let the water flow for a good 5 minutes before it gets to a decent temperature, specially on the cold winter days I was staying there BUT Alex had warned me prior to check in which is very honest, and still I managed to get hot water enough

Very modern and beautiful, central hotel!

Pros: Very beautiful hotel with a refreshing urban aesthetic. My room was really very spacious and modern, with all basic amenities one needs for a short stay. I was also very satisfied by the cleanliness of the space; a very pleasant smell welcomes you when you enter the hotel corridor and the room. The location is also excellent, few steps away from one of the most central streets in Sofia.

Cons: The only issue I had: In the instructions mail I received, they mentioned there might be a problem with warm water in the shower and in such case to just put the temperature in Max. Warm and wait while the water was running. However, that didn't really help. The water in the shower got lukewarm at best.

Pros: It's always friendly and clean. Very central for what we need to do. Enjoy staying there

Great place to stay, please add a bathtub glass!

Pros: Accommodation right in the center with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Big and nicely designed room which felt like a small studio flat. The staff - very kind and helpful. Bug bathroom.

Cons: My only problem was that there is no glass wall on the bathtub and when taking a shower tones of water goes outside the bathtub. The drainage is very far from the bathtub and basically the whole bathroom floor gets wet and very very slippery. I had to use all towels available in the room to clean the floor and dry it. Not the most pleasant experience right after a shower.

Pros: Fantastic location, instructions for check in straight forward. Great space in room. All you need for a short stay.

Cons: Smell in room, bath slightly leaking during shower

Stay in Central Sofia

Pros: Very clean. Super comfortable beds. Good WiFi. Excellent location. Very hot, powerful shower.

Pros: The location is very good and the room is spacious.

Cons: The single beds are too small and the there a some plumbing issues.

Pros: Excellent customer service, Dilyana and all the staff were amazing. Very beautiful place with a perfect location. Definitely will be coming back
