Pros: After our wonderful stay last summer, we recently chose Sofia Balkan Palace again — and it was just as memorable, if not even better. From the very first moment, we were greeted with genuine warmth and kindness, which made us feel truly valued as returning guests. We would especially like to thank Dimitris at the reception and Guest Relations Manager Anastasiya for their attentive communication, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality. Their kindness and positive attitude created a very personal and pleasant experience for us. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. Breakfast was rich and enjoyable as always, offering a great start to the day. It is rare to find a hotel where you feel sincerely welcomed every time you return — Sofia Balkan Palace is definitely one of those places. We gladly recommend it and we are already looking forward to coming back again.
