Just in a word is Excellent
Pros: Clean and near the center . 24 hours food and drink shop open nearby .all facilities is able as booking . Highly recommended.
Cons: Nothing dislikes just a recommendation for the hotel owner . Some people are tall as a size but the blanket is not as big to cover the body. Blanket is the same size of the bed. Not suitable for sleep. So my recommendation is for the single bed please give little bit bigger blanket . And rest of the things was fantastic . 10/10

Great little hotel.
Pros: The Hotel was of incredible value. It was comfortable,warm and clean. The staff were helpful, especially the Manager who was very eelcoming
Cons: The driveway outside the hotel is really off putting and could easily put you off staying there. It's about a 20 min walk to the centre.

Optimal choice for the price
Pros: The price, the staff and the facilities position. They don't have the breakfast but they always offer good coffee or tea in the morning.
Cons: They don't have enough hairdryier for all the room. It was not a one time situation, I think it is the norm.

Turned my miserable experience into something wholesome
Pros: Everything. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe, comfortable and happy after I had a very difficult day. Their staff were super friendly and extremely aware of a solo travelers needs. They anticipated everything before I knew I needed it., were friendly and chatted with me giving me great info about the city (even got me some juice) Helped me book a transit, ordered me a taxi and even offered to give me a bottle of water for my trip back. This is the first time I write a review for booking, but they absolutely deserve the praise. The reception guy was phenomenal in his job, the woman too. I don't know if I'll be back in Sofia, but if I come back this will be my choice
Cons: Seriously, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Really can say excellent choice.
Pros: No breakfast option, but free coffee/tea in the morning. Staff really excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Location is up a side street near to Lions Bridge, near to tram and bus routes.

One night in Sophia
Pros: The room was clean. The bed and pillow were so comfy. The manager was a lovely friendly person, Anything you needed he organised. Had an overnight stay. Would definitely choose this hotel again. The location was also ideal, not far from the bus station.

A quick stopover in Sofia
Pros: The location was a 15 minute walk from the bus and train station or a 7 lev taxi ride. It was also about a 15 min walk from the city centre sights. We did this walk in both daylight and late evening and it felt very safe. The room was OK and represented good value for money. Lastly the reception staff were very helpful.

Really nice place, well worth the money
Pros: Really good the price. Great shower. Staff were great, gave me toothpaste as I forgot mine. Free coffee in the morning.
Cons: Location is a bit sketchy and no milk in the room for tea or coffee

Complete recommend, will return if in Sofia
Pros: Lucho and the other staff are truly delightful, kind, very helpful and checked us in significantly earlier than normal, which we hugely appreciate. We stayed in 2 rooms, the queen room first, then a twin room after extending our stay. Both had balconies, air cons, lovely bathrooms (wet room style). Coffee was in the room, bedside plugs, lamps, wardrobes, a TV, dark curtains, key cards, seemingly constant reception, and it's just a few streets to get to a cool area of town. Honestly fantastic, thank you so much, and a bonus thank you for looking after our luggage during the day ☺️❤️
