Hungary 🇭🇺

Absolutely worth it.

Pros: The location was great, the room we booked was basic but nice. The pillows were too big so I had to lay my head on the towels but no problem. Bathroom was clean. The garden of the place is like a museum of Communism with many iconic items. The lady who owns the place is extremely kind and she recommended a great restaurant nearby where good and inexpensive food was to be had with live music and dancing!

Suitabel for a couple of nights

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, not large but enough for 2 nights. Owner friendly but no English (and we had no Bulgarian). Able to store bikes inside the yard.

Cons: Hard to find, sign hidden by bushes.

good location walk to city , the bus or train station.

Pros: they upgraded us to a self contained flat, at no extra cost. the lady was very friendly and helpful as we arrived early in the day. our stay was for only two nights. also it was in a nice quiet area , walking distance to the city.

Pros: Good location, comfortable, clean. Kettle, Aircon etc. All good.

Cons: Minor points - the sign is quite hidden, maybe reposition it or cut away some of the foliage. I had some trouble finding it after dark. Also, teaspoon in the room please!

Great value for money in a great location

Pros: We had a large room with everything you would want including a kitchenette, just right for 2 people. Location is perfect being just a few minutes from Lion Bridge metro, a short walk to the train and bus station and in the other direction another short walk to the market and into the centre of Sofia. So all central things to do are walkable. A quiet residential location and very helpful host

Cons: The shower attachment was broken so you had to hold it yourself and the water does not drain away very fast so the whole bathroom is under water for a while. But a minor distraction

Pros: Nous avons apprécié la sympathie de la logeuse qui a été très attentionnée sans pour autant être envahissante. C'était parfait! L'appartement est joli, propre, bien équipé (avec un balcon, ce qui était super car nous sommes fumeuses)
