It was a great experience.It was all okay.

Pros: It’s in a central location. There is free parking and it’s safe.Bathroom was clean. Room was clean.

Cons: There was nothing in the minibar. They don’t have flip flops.

Value for money in a great location and very helpful staff on hand to help.

Pros: The reception team are exceptional - always helpful and informative.

Cons: The Wi-Fi is a bit hit and miss but I do not work from the hotel.

Pros: It's pretty much as expected for a two star hotel. Rooms are dated, but clean and well appointed.

A comfortable room and close to the airport

Pros: Whenever we have an early morning flight from Sofia we stay at this hotel. In the early hours of the day it takes about 10 minutes to reach terminal one and twelve minutes to reach terminal two at Sofia airport. The hotel is an updated communist era facility. The rooms are small but adequate. The twin beds are comfortable. They have an updated modern air-conditioning/heating system. The internet is fine in some rooms, through a little slow in other rooms. There are nearby restaurants and grocery stores (supermarkets). The TV has channels in Bulgarian, English, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, French, German and Italian. Check in is easy, but cash only. There is plenty of parking (and a guard to watch the cars).

Cons: The tiles on the bathroom floor can be quite slippery when wet and the shower always put water onto the bathroom floor, so be careful about that.

Pros: I stayed at the hotel with my 8 year old son for one night and it was exactly what I needed. Close to the airport and very close (walking distance) to Arena 8888. The two ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and it's just great value for money.

Pros: The practical way the space is utilised, has git everything! It's quite clean and comfortable

Cons: Maybe add a kettle in the room for better convenience and also a faster fan in the bathroom

I feel at home, the place is very cosy and makes me a little nostalgic because thèse were safe and good years since the beginning of the existence of the hôtel. We are returning always with pleasure and respect! Very clean and very convinient !! Thànk you !

Pros: The room is huge, very clean and tidy. There is organized parking. We were only a few hours after landing, and for this solution the price and the hotel are excellent

Cons: The beds are old and really uncomfortable.

Clean and nice rooms, internet is very good.

Pros: Room was according to our needs, internet was superb, also the location of the hotel is quite sutable for driving arround the city.

Cons: No elevator, there is only one floor but the stares are not suitable for lifting a big luggage.
