Pros: I got a free upgrade at arrival and because of my early checkout (04.00 am) they prepared a take away breakfast.

Cons: 🤔 I don't advice to use the shaving set...

Pros: I like this hotel and I always stay here when I am in Sofia. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable. They serve a good breakfast. Beside of the hotel is a free parking place.

Cons: The hotel is not directly in the city centre, but You can travel with public transport. The bed was too soft for me but it is an individual preference.

Cons: The electronic entry in the room had a problem all the time.

overall apart from the small incident when i arrived my stay was very good and i would recommend.

Pros: The room was lovely and clean breakfast was quite basic but nice.

Cons: i arrived around 2 in the morning which wasn't a problem as the hotel has 24hour reception. The issue i had was the the receptionist was asleep in a room somewhere. I called from my mobile and could hear the phone ringing but obviously no reply. When they finally heard the phone they came out smelling of alcohol, which is fine but not during work hours...

great hotel

Pros: great hotel, lovely staff and great food at the restaurant. I was there for a week doing university work and I was able to order room service every day, with a variety of options. definitely recommend

Cons: felt a bit out of place - it seems to be a hotel mainly used for business and conferences so I felt a little awkward with my walking boots and rucksack!

Okay for a short stay

Pros: The room was spacious, had TV, mini fridge, chair, and a closet. The Washroom was clean and had shampoo, shower gel, soap, and hair dryer. Comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast was good enough for me. The receptionist was friendly and nice.

Cons: I wonder if it was actually a 4-star hotel. Didn't look like one. Facilities were not like a 4-star hotel. The location is not very great but was alright for just a night. Not much things to do nearby. It's in the middle of the residential area.

Pros: We were there for Enrique Iglesias concert just for 2 days so we choose this hotel as it is close to stadium, the transportation was super easy. Breakfast was perfect, all stuff was friendly enough. the room was so clean and smells very good, the location was perfect.

Cons: the restaurant stuff may be a bit more kind, but it is still ok :)
