Pros: Room is big and the facility is new. Bed is extra big and comfortable.

Cons: Parking lot was fulled when I arrived. But car washing people helped me for a space to park. Better have a clear sign to show where is park in case arrive at night.

Pros: Perfect Hotel! Helpful and friendly staff, clean and fresh rooms, free parking, free wifi, and a convenient location near South Park, Paradise Mall, and the metro. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The only maybe downside is that breakfast opt is not available.

Pros: We are a couple coming from the uk but stay in this area as we have family who are from nearby. We love the hotel the room/apartment was really large with two bathrooms and a king sized bed

Pros: Good value for money, modern room and bathroom. Close to bus stops that lead you into the city center.

Cons: Curtains let much light through, causing you to wake up quite early.

Helpful Staff and Comfortable Stay

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and were especially grateful for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. During our trip from Romania to Bulgaria, our 1-year-old daughter unfortunately picked up a tick. Thankfully, one of the staff members quickly helped us find the nearest pediatric hospital, which was close by. Her prompt support made a stressful situation much easier for us.Although there is a car wash next to the building, we didn’t hear any noise since our room was on the opposite side. We also appreciated having a parking spot and a baby crib ready for us, just as we had requested.
