Fun, relaxing, fulfilling and rewarding stay

Pros: Excellent spa facilities, clean and well equipped. Relaxing bar and lounge area in reception. Staff were happy to help with any enquiries. A press of a bell on the reception desk had a taxi outside the hotel in a matter of minutes to take you anywhere you wished to go ( very useful service)

Cons: Windows in our room didn't open and the air conditioning system wasn't working. The weather was 26 degrees so made for some warm night in the room

Good value for money for an evening out in Sofia.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent - self-serve buffet well stocked and clean area. Parking brilliant. The pool was lovely and both saunas were working. The hot tub and steam rooms were not working/available. Room large and quite clean - some areas required maintenance, carpets and bathroom door in particular were worn but overall the room was good.

We enjoyed our short stay, our suite was perfect for us, we liked the breakfast and appreciated the pool and the spa.

Pros: The studio was quite spacious and comfortable. The pool and the spa are quite of an enjoyment after a busy day.

Lovely spa facilities

Pros: Loved the spa facilities, the pool and saunas were really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and well-presented, with a honeycomb from a local hive dripping fresh honey into a bowl. Great. Some excellent eateries within a 5 minute walk

Cons: Location - it is on the outer edge of town, so unless driving it can present a challenge. I loved using the local public transport, to me that was part of my solo travelling fun, but it's not for everyone.
