Pros: Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They supplied food/water bowls for our dog as we packed in a hurry for an emergency trip and only bought 1. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Free parking is right outside the hotel, off street. Room was immaculate as is the rest of the hotel. It's a brand-new hotel in a decent part of town.

Amazing, short stay

Pros: This is an amazing hotel. It is located very close to the metro station and to many restaurants. The neighbourhood is very nice, quiet and friendly. The staff of the hotel is superb, and the room is very cozy. Will definitely recommend.

Nice Hotel in New Part of Town - Stayed For Work and Would Stay Again

Pros: I liked that the hotel staff was amazingly helpful and supportive. The rooms were clean and quiet. It was easy to get around. The area is new and developing - lots of construction and traffic at the moment. In a few months when the work is done, this hotel will be right in the middle of a lot of cool stuff. Would / will stay there again. Stayed for work.

Cons: Didn't really not like anything... just... felt like this was a clean, quiet, and normal new hotel. Nothing fancy or special. Traffic and taxis in the area were a struggle, though... not fault of hotel.

Pros: Very clean and tidy, high tech, smart hotel! No detail is spared, staff super welcoming and friendly. 2 steps from a great mall. It’s definitely my place next time I’m in Sofia.

Great note - spotlessly clean with amazing people.

Pros: Extremely helpful and friendly people there. Organised a vegan breakfast for me. They took the time and trouble to check if everything was OK on several occasions.

Cons: For what I needed for this trip it was perfect.

Cons: no restaurant or terrace, surrounded by constructions; when all finalized around will be very nice and if will extend at least with terrace/bar outside

Brand new hotel with excellent rooms

Pros: This is a new hotel with enormous rooms and a wonderful bathroom with walk-in shower. Toiletries were excellent! Staff were kind and helpful. The location is a bit weird but close to the metro so easy to get downtown or anywhere else one wants to go. Breakfast was great. Overall excellent value for money, given that this is the capital city. I would stay here again if I was coming back to Sofia.
