Food was good. We were in the to rooms on the top floor. Pretty 70s decor. It is 2025.

Pros: We got there at noon one day and left at 11 the next day. We never went anywhere else. We had dinner in the park next door. Great massage. Good man. Waitress and bartender nice. Didn’t like the smokers in the patio.

Cons: The decor was heavy and overdone. Too much purple, pink and lavender. Shag carpets from the 70s. Hot tubs weren’t hot. The only one outside had jets.

Great spot in Velingrad

Pros: We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and given a welcome drink and explanation of facilities. Facilities were great. We needed more time to take full advantage. Unique room with round bed. Coffee facilities. Parking.

Cons: Our jacuzzi shot out dirty black stuff from the jets. Not sure if there are filters that needed to be cleaned. A bit off putting. The bed needs proper pillows not the round cushions that other people have used.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I also really appreciated the convenient location — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
