Pros: In the winter, especially when there is a wind, the problem is that only one of the pools is indoor, and that one is relatively small. There are two outdoor pools, relatively warm, but they cannot be accessed from inside. The same goes for the two jakusis, outside as well. The spa area is decent, as well as the fitness area. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide choice of well-prepared food.

Pros: Various spa facilities, located in a beautiful garden. Good choice of indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam rooms. The food and the rooms are also good. Friendly staff.

Great overall experience

Pros: The food was amazing, very fresh, lots of choice, far more than you could even try and everything was absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff are fantastic, very attentive and caring. Please bear in mind no drinks are included with dinner including water, so you would have to pay additionally for this. Reception and spa area staff also very pleasant.

Cons: The only thing about the hotel is that it needs a bit of TLC, the interior is a bit dated and could be upgraded to make it more modern and luxurious for a 5 star hotel. Outside where the cold plunge pool is there is some salt that gets icy on the ground near the cold and hot pools and it gets very slippery so some safety mats would be useful

Pros: The spa was excellent, the food at dinner and at breakfast was abundant, tasty and with great variety. The room was spacious, clean and very well equipped.

overall a very plesant and relaxing experience

Pros: One of my favourite places in Velingrad. Been here quite a couple of times. Last stay we enjoyed mostly the shallow kids pool and the slides. It was calm, quiet and relaxing. Really appreciated it!

Cons: More parking spost under the shade :)

Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable .The chambermaids asked whether to clean or not.

Great place, would definitely visit again

Pros: Generally we liked it very much, the outdoor pool and the garden are really great. The staff are incredibly polite and forthcoming. It is very warm in the entire hotel and even though the building is old, the property is very well maintained and clean.

Cons: The only thing less than perfect was our bathroom - it did not have a drainage hole and after two people took a shower, the carpet in the room got basically flooded
