The price is too high for the comfort it offers

Pros: Good location, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, wonderful cuisine.

Cons: The water in the outdoor pool is quite cool, and the indoor one is full of disinfectants that irritate the skin. The bedroom mattress is extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Pros: Staff was very nice, polite and helpful, the facility and location in general are great. Room was specious and comfortable. the pool and spa was also great. Food also great, restaurant specious and well run.

Cons: There were just some small things in regards to the maintenance of the bathroom that needs attention from the facility manager. While same was quite specious and clean some things needs to be repaired/replaced as part of the regular maintenance you would expect from a five star hotel.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The thermal water pools, saunas, jacuzzis, salt room, relaxation room, and spa area were all very well maintained and extremely relaxing. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the restaurant offered great food, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. A very satisfying stay – we would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful stay — everything was perfect!

Pros: Everything was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by nature. The spa facilities were fantastic — the pools, sauna, and steam rooms were all perfect for relaxation. The staff were kind and professional, and the breakfast had a great variety.

Pros: The location is beautiful. Very clean. Friendly and exceptionaly helpful staff! Altogether wonderful!

Cons: The restaurant should up its work during breakfast, some of the hot food is left to cool, some of it is not there at some times.

Good vacation and interesting location.

Pros: Luxury hotel with all necessary facilities. I specially appreciate the main indoor pool. Amazing panoramic view from the room.

Cons: Everything was ok, except a strange low persistent ventilation noise inside room located on bedroom area between 7:30 AM until 10 PM.

Good value for money

Pros: Good value for money. We had a nice stay, SPA area and pools are good, with warm water, different temperatures, but all were warm, jacuzzi, saunas, all great. The relax zone was very nice, but unfortunately a lot of people do not have consideration for the others and don’t keep quiet and it really bothered us, that we could not enjoy it and relax. There were a lot of people with little kids and babies, who were screaming. It is good place for families, but if you want to enjoy some quiet time, as we were a group of women without kids, it is not the best place. The massages are great, we really liked the deep tissue and the classical massage. The room was big and comfortable with all you could need. All in all it is one of the nice SPA hotels in Bulgaria.

Cons: The restaurant could use a renovation, the style and furniture is a bit outdated. But other than that, the food was very good and at dinner and breakfast the buffet was with a lot of variety and choices and everything was delicious.
