Boutique & Spa Hotel Heaven

Spotless, beautiful hotel

Pros: The room is exceptionally large and spotless clean. Nice interior, nice spa facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere in the hotel was very warm.

Cons: The food in the restaurant was nice and delicious. However, there were no menu options for the included breakfast and dinner. There was no options for food allergies, for example. It would have been better to have vegetarian, gluten free etc versions.

Pros: The hotel defines the ultimate definition of boutique. It is ideal for a different approach to vacations.

Cons: The hotel was obviously in the process of closing down and had no other guests.

Lovely relaxing stay

Pros: Beautiful quiet boutique hotel , great jacuzzi and pool

Cons: The spa is very small and more of a steam room and small pool

Amazing

Pros: Very good hotel, fresh homemade food, friendly staff. We felt like home, really warm and clean. We liked the atmosphere and all the decorations was amazing. Worth to go definitely. Room was really big size, bed was a comfy. Really recommend, I definitely come back there next year.

Not more the one or two day.

Pros: The room was excellent. The coffe was excelent, Very good wet sauna. They must be much more attentive to the services and to the tourists.

Cons: Breakfast very soft, Breakfast without water or juice, only charge is a bit strange. The SPA zone: cold in the dry sauna. Jacuzzi turned on only by personal wish. In the morning after 10.00 the sauna was closed.

Comfortable

Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet part of Velingrad. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable. Check-in was quite easy and the food in the restaurant was very good. I really liked the spacious bathroom on our room. There is a a steam room, a sauna, a small indoor swimming pool, an outdoor pool and a jakuzzi.

Cons: The breakfast was the same portion for everybody including a pastry, a pancake, some ham, fruits, coffee or tea. There wasn’t a buffet so we couldn’t choose anything else. If you have any gluten allergies, or you are vegan/vegetarian, you’ll have to warn the staff. We were personally not asked about any food preferences. There was no water included in breakfast either and we had to pay for it. Keep in mind that the sauna and steam room do not work all day but you have to ask the staff to turn them on and wait at least an hour for the sauna to get to an appropriate temperature.

Pros: Чисто,много вежлив персонал.Вкусна кухня.Оригинален интериор.

Pros: Хотелът е много хубав. Навсякъде е чисто, доволни сме и от стаята. Водата във вътрешния басейн беше топла.

Pros: Уникален хотел, уникален персонал и собственичка! Стаите са красиви и чисти. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна и истинска. Препоръчвам го на хора търсещи спокойствие и хармония.
