Perfect for hotel for families

Pros: The staff was very kind and professional. They noticed that we had overbooked a room we didn’t need and informed us in time, which helped us save €700. We truly appreciate their honesty and support.

Cons: The Booking.com fee of €125 for canceling although accepted and suggested by the Hotel is excessive and unacceptable. We will definetly switch to other platforms, this charge feels like robbery. This money is clearly not going to the property (Elbrus), but to Booking.com instead. Very disappointing. Do not recommend booking with booking!

Pros: Everything was spotless, the area around the pool was cleaned few times a day, also the gardens of the hotel. The staff were very polite and the food was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable.

Pros: All that you need for a holiday of grandparents and grandchildren! Good cooked meals.

Cons: The room was smaller than previous time and we booked exactly the same.

Pros: All the staff was very polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious serving traditional food . The fusiliers are OK for a three star hotel. Spa area is ok,but some of the facilities didn’t work properly, like ice room or steam room.

Cons: Although this is a family hotel , young children shouldn’t be allowed in the SPA area, as it’s a place for relaxation. Also daily cleaning was only collecting the rubbish.

Pros: I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Veligrand.👌🏼 There are a lot of options and things to do in order to relax (inside and outside pools, saunas, hammam etc.) 🧖🏼‍♀️. The food is also very good. All in all the hotel is worth the visit and it is value for money.

Calm and quiet

Pros: Calm place with everything you need inside and you have breakfast lunch and dinner great value I will say clean and the spa is great as well

Great spa hotel

Pros: Great place for family vacation. Nice pools with hot mineral water, nice food.

Cons: Need small renovation of the rooms.

Unprofessional reception staff.

Pros: The food was delicious. Hot pools, nice location. Very friendly restaurant and bar staff.

Cons: Very rude attitude of the reception lady during check out. At 12:00pm we received call from reception lady telling us “ Pack your bags and leave immediately “, when I asked what about our late check out that was promised previous night answer was “ I sold the room this morning and need the room now”. This ruined our whole experience

Pros: Big rooms, the staff are lovely and kind ,the view's are amazing

Cons: The pool area ,it is a bit outdated ,not enough sun beds and not safe for walking around. The room is not cleaned daily. We stay 3 days ,never cleaned apart of bringing new towels and taking the bins .The hotel is outdated ,needs renovation

Nice and family friendly place to stay for a couple of days.

Pros: If you are looking for a parties you won't find them here. This is a family place, excellent for children. We've booked double room, but we got an apartment, without additional costs. The view from the balcony wasn't something, and for me this is not important. Important is that the apartment was clean and nice. Not perfect, but for that price excellent. Clean towels and bath robes each day. Staff is OK, nice and pleasant. Manager lady was present all the time, willing to help, always monitoring what is going on. Every reasonable request was accepted. Food was nice, almost same breakfast each morning, but enough of different options so you can combine your breakfast. Lunch and diner, with lots of different meals, so you can also combine. We didn't have a same meal for the three days of staying there. Pools were warm and clean, even the one outside. Aqua park wasn't working, but its normal for the period of year. Good and secured parking.
