Pros: Excellent service, exceptionally kind and attentive staff, and definitely a clean and functional hotel, suitable both for adults and for people with children. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel experience with not so good spa center.

Pros: Clean and comfy rooms. Good food and staff. The bellboy had good manners. Give this man a raise.

Cons: The spa was very small. And the facilities in the spa were just a few. The jacuzzi was extra charge and also the water of the pools is not so warm.

Pros: Everything. Excellent location, very nice view, comfortable, clean, excellent swimming pool with nice warm water. Excellent food, delicious, for dinner and breakfast....we wished we could stay longer....

Pros: The room was cosy with a big balcony with forest view. The bathroom was clean, had a lot of additional and free supplies. The bed was big and comfortable while we had a kids bed which was clean and had everything available for our kid. The spa and wellness center was big, clean with mineral hot water. The food in the restaurant was delicious, had a lot of varieties to choose from.

Cons: The parking was a bit challenging. We were during the weekend and once you move your car you can find a new spot really difficult.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Everything was great! The room was very spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The room was also very warm and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and the dinner was very delicious, with many options for every taste. The spa and the pool was also very nice. Good for a family with small kids.

Cons: The wifi connection in the room was poor. The gym equipment was not in very good condition.

Great stay!!!

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, the food was very delicious. I liked the big pool.

Cons: It is not ok to get to the spa with a baby, there is no elevator, only a lot of stairs, it is not comfortable with a stroller.

Great hotel

Pros: The hotel is very nice. The rooms were extremely large, clean, with huge and well equipped bathroom. The people were very kind and helpful. The food was great. The massages at the SPA were also great.

Cons: The SPA center is not really at the same level as the rest of the hotel. Only 2 small sauna for 1 person. The swimming pool is good but then it is the only thing you can use. The fitness has old equipments.

Cons: Too many kids in the outside hot mineral water pool eating ice cream and chips, we barely could enjoy this pool, also some adults bringing food and drinks into the pool
