Overall, everything was good except for the swimming pool experience.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was good with a nice variety of options to choose from.

Cons: The swimming pools were noticeably colder and less clean on Sunday compared to Saturday, which was disappointing.

Nice spa holiday

Pros: We visited the hotel for the first time and were very satisfied. Friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable room and a wonderful spa center. We recommend it.

Cons: The big indoor pool would be nice if the water was little warmer.

Pros: The staff were extremely understanding and professional. We needed to leave one day earlier than planned, and the reception team handled everything with great kindness and efficiency, refunding us immediately without any complications. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the spa and wellness areas are truly relaxing. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Pros: Good location, comfortable spa area, good pools, comfortable room and good bed, food also was OK

Cons: Like they didn't have enough employers in the period when we where there, you have to wait to take a coffee or something to drink, no one cleans the spa area, not enough waiters in the restaurant

Relaxing escape in Velingrad

Pros: There are very comfortable bad and pillows, and we slept like babies. Very good food, amazing mineral water everywhere and fresh air. The atmosphere is so relaxing and it's been a pleasure to see pine forest which surrounds the hotel.

Cons: All was good.

Pros: The location is good - at the heart of the Rhodopis mountains, the hotel is clean, comfortable, with large rooms. They offer both breakfast and dinner and a good choice of spa services.

Cons: The choice of food falls short for 5*. It's more of a good 4* and even a 4* would offer real juices for breakfast istead of chemical drinks that masquerade as juice.
