Pros: Best water and facilities. Top price , small and simple menu in the bar . Friendly staff and doctors .

Cons: Could been better breakfast

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The facilities, the room, the staff. The food was amazing too.

Pros: Suite with a fantastic mountain view and a large balcony. Friendly front desk, pool, spa, and massages were all great. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that we really enjoyed.

Pros: Very friendly and professional staff!. I was especially impressed with Ivanka, who did my massage treatment and was really knowledgeable and had excellent skills. Everyone else was also really attentive, and I have no complaints.

Cons: The building and the amenities, the furniture - are all outdated. We had a suite, and the seating area was very uncomfortable. Otherwise it is clean and the cleaning crew is very attentive also.

Pros: The pools and the spa procedures. There is a big medical center there. Also, the room was good enough.

Cons: The breakfast is one and the same all 5 days I was there. The outdoor pool 3 days was not working because of prophylactics. It wasn't announced before.

Good for your health and budget, but still not the best hotel around.

Pros: Quiet, spacious and very warm. Restaurant was spacious. Good value for the money. Air was cleaner at the location. Large base with alot of physio services and facilities.

Cons: SPA was overcrowded, especially the inner pool. Half the facilities were paid. Breakfast was very basic. Food quality is to be desired. Parking was a problem when the hotel was full. No cash machine nearby, yet many times you had to pay in cash (that is a problem for the entire city).

It is nice if you want to relax and pay a reasonable price.

Pros: It was nice for that price, the staff was kind and the pools and spa were great

Cons: The bedding seemed dirty and the beverages for breakfast weren’t good.

a short quiet vacation

Pros: The swimming pool outside. Also, the mineral pool inside. Good facilities for spa and medical ones. Comfortable bed. Warm and clean room.

Cons: The breakfast is very basic. Also, one and the same during 3 days. The furniture in the room need some renovation, especially the sofa and chair. They are very hard and not comfortable.

Great time!

Pros: Room was alright with access to spa which was great. Restaurant downsides are alright.

Cons: Room is bit small and quite old.

Good value for money, if considering a holiday

Pros: Friendly, helpful and kind staff. Generous continental breakfast, good facilities. Wished it was closer to the city centre, but on the other hand it was close to Kleptusa lake and that was a bonus. Initially we were given a room with not so clean carpet, perhaps it need changing, but then we requested to move to another room and it was clean and tidy. Will recommend the place to other tourists, good value for money.

Cons: Perhaps a staircase rail outside as there are a lot of stone stairs and a person with mobility problems or if in a wheelchair will have difficulties climbing up. More local shops nearby will be helpful too or a bus stop nearby.
