Pros: Everything was excellent. The staff patiently answered our questions, even though we don't know the local language very well. It was my son's birthday, and the hotel gave us a surprise gift, which was unexpected and touching. The hotel didn't seem new to me, but it looks well maintained, and practically everything we used was in good working order.

Pros: The hotel has many facillities in the pools and this is the reason for my choise.
Cons: In the other hand last time many areas of the hotel have problems. Some facillities are not working, there are unmaintained areas with tiles peeling off in the hammam, etc. But the main problem remain the number of customers. When there is full number of them everything seems little.

Pros: The staff was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The room was very clean.
Cons: I think that the room needs renovation and the air-conditioning is not working and the room without a balcony is not comfortable. In the SPA zone the floor was very wet and dangerous. Also the big part of children are not at the child pool. They used the pool for adults and it is very noisy and full of child toys. This is a place for relaxation and treatment with hot water.

Very nice hotel and staff.
Pros: The hotel was easy to find and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Reception decor was also warm and welcoming. The spa center was excellent with very nice staff.
Cons: The room was a little tired and old, could do with a little modernization especially in the bathroom, but it was clean. Food for breakfast was all cold.

Recommended for a good rest and SPA
Pros: The SPA is really good. Rooms are comfortable and food is also nice.
Cons: Cleanliness was not as good as usual and some of the things in the pool were not working.

Pros: Excellent spa facilities, just what we needed, shame we were only there for one night. Breakfast was a good selection of buffet with lots of different hot and cold options. We actually decided to have our evening meal in the hotel too, choice of meat or buffet, we chose buffet, good choice and excellent value

Good hotel and good spa.
Pros: Good hotel with a good, complete and clean spa. It's a pity that the guy who opens and close the spa is quite rude and want to close before time (one area of the spa works from10h to 19h and the big swimming pool from 9h to 20h). The rest of the staff is just polite, don't wait special help or smiles, but correct. The people visiting this hotel is quite old (mostly 70 and more, keep this in mind if you look for something else). Far from the city but very convenient free parking if you get there by car. If the room faces the swimming pool, it also faces the railway wich passes in front of the hotel, but there are very few trains passing by. The breakfast is quite good, with many options.
Cons: The spa closes too early and open too late. Staff is just correct and not much collaborative. Nothing around, you have to take the car and go to the city for lunch and dinner.

Pros: Perfect place for a family vacation! Everything was amazing, a perfectly big room with a lot of space for our baby to crawl and explore. Free cot with mattress. Good food in the restaurant, excellent spa and pools, comfortable for us and the kid.
Cons: There was no appropriate food for the baby, but that was not a problem for us.
