Great place for kids

Pros: It was great to go with the kids. The swimming pool after skiing was a great way to finish the day. The kids' playroom is another great way to stay in the hotel on days with bad weather. Locker room to keep your ski equipment, a bar, Spa... all very nice. Food in the restaurant is nice (in general, Bulgarian food is very nice)

Cons: The shuttle service is a 15-seat bus, and early in the morning it can get a little chaotic as people stand and push in any way they can. It is nice that there is a shuttle, but we suffered from the lack of one between 10 and 15. Our kid was too tired, so we went down without thinking and got stuck at the Gondola, since walking there with the ski boots and a toddler is way too far. After few days eating at the restaurant, the menu became boring and only few things to choose, same with the buffet, feels too similar every day.

Perfect as always!

Pros: Everything was perfect! Super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyful! Excellent breakfast and dinner too! Clean and spacious spa areas!

Pros: I really liked that it was clean and that they had a clean and well-kept SPA. The food is cafeteria style. Unfortunately, it is not authentic 4 star hotel food. Rather, we are talking about 2-3 star hotel food. Some dishes are reheated and served the second or third day. Some of the people working at the restaurant are quite bored and fed up with customers. The staff at the RECEPTION at the SPA are very nice and kind.

Cons: Rooms were a bit too hot, breakfast was a bit basic not so much variety between the days
