Great and helpful staff

Pros: The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The internet connection was unstable in our room and the staff had to change our room which was nice.

Family ski weekend

Pros: Location, staff are excellent, had separated parking spot, and everyone was extremely helpful, and attentive. Hairdryer in the bathroom is an extra plus!

Cons: The pull-out sofa was really uncomfortable for us (adults), however, the kids had a really comfy bed in the separated bedroom - so it was just our poor choice. The crack on the bottom of the shower cabin was a little bit concerning.

A 10/10 holiday!

Pros: This is the 4th year we have spent our ski vacation at Orbilux (family and several friends) and every time we have felt very good! Spacious and clean rooms, equipped kitchenette. A very pleasant surprise was the room upgrade. Very tasty food, like at mom's house, every evening something different. The kindness of the ladies and gentlemen at the reception, in the restaurant and the gentleman at the shuttle bus! The pool is ok, a welcome relaxation after each day of skiing. Thank you for another very successful holiday! See you next year!

They have all facilities that you need for your ski season!

Pros: I like that the property had all facilities that you need. At the reception they speak very good english, the food was very good, we could buy ski pass from the hotel, we had shuttle to the gondola and back to hotel, spa, swimming pool, design room where you can let your equipment after you finish skiing, parking lot. Everything was very good !

Cons: I didn’t like that the barman wasn’t present to order some drink, and coffee at the evening.

Pros: Overall a good experience, and good value for money. Very friendly staff, the food for breakfast and dinner was also good. One thing they should focus on is the cleanliness of the shared facilities, the pool, spa and changing rooms in the pool section.

Pros: The staff, comfortable and well equiped rooms (even the double room has a kitchinette with oven, stove and microwave), good breakfast and dinner. Skipasses can be purchased from the reception. Shuttle bus to the ski lift

Cons: The surroundings of the hotel. The schedulle of the shuttle bus should end at 17:30.

Pros: The sauna and swimming pool after a long day skiing, caught my feelings, it was so good! Very clean, warm, spacious, everything amazing

Cons: I think the breakfast could have more options, but good enough

Pros: For the price we paid, the food was fine. They was always a good choice of salad and normally 4 main dishes to choose from. The reception desk staff were stand out in this hotel. They went out of their way to help us with a lost suitcase.

Pros: A quiet hotel, nice staff. Should be considered the swimming pool is rather small, opens at 12.00. The sauna and hamam start working at 16.00.

Cons: Our bedroom was so cold even if the heating system was turned on, so we had to sleep on the couch in the living room. 2 adults and 1 baby was too much for that small couch and because of the leather it kept making annoying squicky sounds during sleep. Our check ouț procedure was hard and the staff told us to wait until they figure ouț some issue related to the payment. We were in a hurry, but still had to wait at the reception next to our baby and our luggage aprox 45 min
