Pros: The room was really big and clean. You also have a lot of facilities from the hotel ,like the spa area. It’s a quiet place because it’s a little bit far from the centre
Cons: The heating sistem. We had some troubles with the one that was in the bedroom. Sometimes it worked ,but most of the times didn’t and it’s kinda loud so if you have problems with the sleep it’s hard to do it because it’s right next to the bed. The one that was in the living room works perfectly.

Great place, great location for a quite and fresh summer holiday
Pros: The size of the apartment is great, very comfortable for 3-4 people inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, even thought we didnt use it. In general all the complex in Ivan Rilski hotel are great.
Cons: The apartment didnt have an air conditioner, which is needed for this kind of hot days during the summer. The Ivan Rilski hotel has made a changes in conditions of using the hotel facilities in comparing to the previous years, where the apartment owners could use all the benefits from the SPA, while now we need to bring towels from the rooms, which were not enough in quantity to use them in the own bathroom and to have towels for the SPA. There are many more similar situations, and like the management of the Hotel wants to disadvantage the apartment owners and promote the central hotel building only.

Pros: I booked this apartment for my friend - we booked another apartment in the complex which turned out to be in the same block. This apartment is huge, very well equipped and clean. The owner was very helpful and kind. It was great value- no issues with the actual apartment. The spa was included after the owner contacted the hotel.....apparently they changed their policy after we booked and this will not be included in the future for apartment guests (also the same with the ski shuttle). We had no issues with the apartment or owner who was amazing. The shuttle driver and the man at the ski rental were amazingly helpful and friendly. We did not actually hire equipment because we had our own, but he was out gateway to the (basic) boot room. They made our day.
Cons: There is no lift in the building, which we knew, but there is also a steep climb from the entry gate/main hotel. It is doable, but with luggage/shopping after skiing or going into town, it is less restful than every other complex we have stayed in after coming to Bansko for 8 years. The hotel is also a bit further out of town than we realised - not a massive issue as most are if you are looking for certain facilities but with the hill as well it was not great. The staff in the hotel are unhelpful and quite rude. Just to stress, not the apartment owner who was very polite and helpful. From the moment we picked up the keys from reception and asked questions and going forward ordering food and drinks etc. the hotel staff were awful. Apparently, if staying in the apartment, the shuttle is now charged at around €7 pp return each day- luckily no one questioned us, but something to have in mind. Finally- the reason we booked this complex was the spa that the hotel sells itself on. This was included after a call to the owner but it was really disappointing. The pools are really small, you cannot swim- there is no actual swimming pool. The pools are full of children just messing about. The downstairs adult only part is nicer but does not make up for the lack of pool facilities. This is the worst spa/pool we have experienced in Bansko.

Pros: Голям, удобен и топъл апартамент. Хубав спа център, с дълго работно време. Хотелът е извън центъра, на чист планински въздух, за разлика от града, където вечер не се диша от отоплението на твърдо гориво.
Cons: Няма асансьор, а е на четвъртия етаж, което създава трудности при носене на багаж, както и за възрастни хора или малки деца. Домакините предоставят карта за спа центъра, но няма халати. Трябва да се носят от гостите.

Чудесен престой и хубаво спа
Pros: Посещавам апартамента за пореден път и няма нещо, което да не ми хареса. Чистотата беше на ниво, като този път имаше и добър безжичен интернет, което ми беше важно, за да имам възможност и да работя. Домакинът е много любезен и искрено препоръчвам мястото на всеки, който иска да ползва удобствата на хотела и да получи отлични условия за настаняване.

Препоръчвам!
Pros: Всичко беше като на снимките. Апартамента разполага с една спалня и допълнителни походни легла. Поискахме бебешка кошарка и тя ни очакваше при пристигането. Ползвахме безплатно СПА зоната на хотела. Препоръчвам!
Cons: Апартамента беше в крайна вила,отдалечена от басейните. Имахме притеснения при връщането с децата от СПА зоната, но всичко беше наред.

Приятен престой и любезен домакин
Pros: Просторен и много хубав апартамент, има всичко необходимо и за по-дълъг престой. Чистотата беше на ниво. Собственикът е много любезен и приятен човек, който се погрижи да се чувстваме комфортно. Със сигурност ще посетим отново и ще ползваме този апартамент за почивките си в Банско.
Cons: Интернет сигналът е слаб и се губи на моменти. Би било добре, ако има на разположение халати за спа-то, но има кърпи на разположение от рецепцията на спа центъра. В сградата няма асансьор и качването на повече багаж до 4-ия етаж е малко неудобно.
