Pros: Spacious apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The apartment was clean, robes and a towel for the spa area were provided. The apartment is on the second floor, the building has an elevator. The spa area is clean and varied.

Cons: 1. There is no air conditioning in this apartment and this was the main problem when it is 38 degrees outside, it is impossible to stay in the apartment during the day. Moreover, there is something being built next to the hotel and it is impossible to open the windows because noise and dust gets into the apartment. At night, we could not open the windows because there are no screens and mosquitoes and other creatures fly in. After the steam room in the SPA, the steam room continued in the apartment. Yes, a fan was provided but it was of no use. 2. An uncomfortable bed in the living room - a wooden beam inside the bed creates problems for sleeping. The children who slept on this fold-out sofa did not get enough sleep and woke up with back pain.

A great choice to stay within the Ivan Rilski Spa complex and still to have a comfort of a home.

Pros: My family loved the flat and the fact that it was so close to the outside Spa area. The host was very helpful before arriving sending us detailed instructions how to check in, park the car and find the flat. We will choose it any time again.

Cons: The only small remark is to the kitchen dishes/pans which were not properly washed by the previous guests. I suggest the cleaning personnel should check it before the next guests, for the rest it was very clean.

The resort is absolutely amazing, boasting a central location and fantastic amenities!

Pros: The lodges and apartments exuded a cozy ambiance. The spa provided a delightful retreat, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Additionally, its proximity to both the main ski resort and the city center was highly convenient.

Cons: I found it disappointing that room service was unavailable for guests staying in the apartments, while it remained an option for those in the hotel rooms. I believe this service should have been extended to all guests at the resort.

We had excellent stay here and on the next occasion we will book again

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable, there was everything needed for a comfort stay. Located in the nearest building to the hotel and great SPA center. Parking-garage for cars included

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, also there was everything needed for a comfort stay. The hotel has great SPA facilities, very comfortable is that the SPA area located under the pool is not very crowded. Also, the availability of an outdoor pool is good. The apartment is located in the nearest building to the hotel.

Cons: From the apartment to the building of the hotel there is around 1-2 minutes walking outside and in the winter it won't be very comfortable for using the SPA facilities.

Very pleasant stay, we certainly will come back

Pros: The kitchen is very well equipped. It is a pity that the previous guests that stayed at this apartment did not take care how they use all the things given with due care.

Cons: The sofa in the main room was not comfortable to sleep.

Pros: Ήταν τέλειο για οικογένειά είχε ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς σαν σπίτι πολύ κοντά στο σπα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης. Δωρεάν πάρκινγκ 50 μέτρα από την είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

Pros: Всичко ни хареса 😊!Апартаментът е чист ,просторен и много уютен,снабден с всички удобства,близо до спа зоната и основната сграда.Бихме се върнали отново.Препоръчвам!!!

Pros: Беше изключително чисто и уютно. Наистина су чувстваш като удома. Ние имаме две деца и те не искаха да си тръгват от там. В комбинация с включеното СПА апартамента е наистина истинско попадение. Със сигурност ще го посетим отново при първа възможност.

Pros: Апартамента е топ има всичко необходимо за вашият престой.Най-много ми хареса,че имаше кафе машина и капсули ,за тези които стават рано е много удобно.

Cons: Искахме да си заплатим две вечери в ресторанта, на рецепция ни поискаха 200лв.за двамата,а домакина ни беше написал по 60лв.на човек.Втората вечер искахме да влезнем на свободна консумация,категорично ни отказаха,нямало места ,имаше вечер с народни изпълнители.Но нали сме в Банско,механи колкото искаш.
