BOUTIQUE Hotel ENTRY E

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable for a family of 3. Exactly as shown in the pictures. There was also a very nice mountain view that we enjoyed. Hotel staff was very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast had a great variety and good quality. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Cons: Everything was very nice and we enjoyed our stay but just to mention that indoor pool was small.

Would recommend

Pros: As pictured, restaurant food is really good and the hotel as a whole is cosy and well designed. Silvanna was incredibly warm and helpful. She facilitated some balloons and wine for my partners birthday and wrote a lovely greetings card, she really helped kick start a fantastic break

Cons: Single beds pushed together to make the double with single duvets wasn’t ideal and we had to frequently push the mattresses back to the middle.

Value for money stay in nice apartments

Pros: Nice comfortable rooms, very convenient kitchenette, bathroom with water heater. There is no central heating, so when it’s cold outside you need to switch AC on heating. There is a nice small gym (no treadmill), nice sauna and tiny pool. Shuttle takes you to the gondola in the mornings and back from 15:00 to 16:30 upon a call. Breakfasts are rich and very fulfilling. The restaurant at the hotel is very convenient for dinners if you don’t want to walk outside.

Cons: There is no heating/battery so it’s hard to dry the gear after full day skiing. The ski room is more like a locker, there is no place to dry the boots. It’s not convenient to walk to the gondola, as it takes around 15-20 minutes.

Comfortable

Pros: Spacious and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, nice views from the location, free shuttle to/from the ski lift

Pros: Amazing ambience, and calm environment. The kids were kept happy with a strategically located and well equipped kids area. Very relaxing spa facilities: modern, well kept, clean. Lovely views. Provides all you need for your stay and even bonus surprises little gifts for the kids!

Cons: Heating is by air-conditioning which can be uncomfortable at night. The bath tabs were a little difficult to come in and out (combination of too high up and sleepery)

A fantastic 5 night stay for adults and kids

Pros: The property was in a fantastic location - not far from a strip of restaurants and bars as well as the ski lift. If you were happy to walk 15mins then you can access everything. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the facilities are excellent. I want to particularly note that I received the best deep tissue massage here. I’ve had many before but the quality and expertise of the masseuse was amazing. It’s clear she has knowledge in either physio therapy or sport rehab in how she was speaking.

Cons: Communication at times could be a bit abrupt - I initially booked for myself and my husband (non refundable) and less than an hour later due to childcare falling through I wanted to cancel/ reschedule . I requested cancellation. This was refused (understandably) but i was made to feel a little silly for my request , though the service was much friendlier when I amended the whole booking to add 2 more days and change to a large room so I could travel with 2 kids under 2 into -8 weather. Fortunately the hotel was family friendly and it’s a holiday I don’t regret.

Pros: Lovely hotel , great room and the service was amazing. Our tv had an issue with wifi and the staff brought a new tv which worked perfectly. They were kind and helpful also they offer a free shuttle bus to and from the gondola on demand which is amazing. The room had constant heating from ac.

Cons: The breakfast was good but it was served cold which isnt really a problem still an amazing hotel.

Pros: Very nice staff and very well equipped rooms! Very nice view and great facilities!

Cons: The location is a bit far from the center! It is 20 minutes by foot from the center and with the winter weather that is quite a lot !
