Pros: Very polite and warm welcome - got messages from Lidia after booking and on the day before travel to ensure all was good. Got a parking space even though I was with a bigger car, not suitable for the underground car park. The staff was waiting for me to ensure I was able to park the car, and to show me the room. Very clean and functional, lived it. The hotel is in the centre of Sofia, very convenient. All was great and would use the hotel again when I'm in Sofia next time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in superb accommodation with lovely friendly staff.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic. Comfortable and a real home from home. Unfortunately the weather was terrible while we were there but fortunately because the apartment was so comfortable we were very happy to stay in. We went shopping to Lidl as soon as we arrived so were more than happy to cook in the well equipped little kitchen. We also had a couple of lovely lays in because the bed was super comfortable. Also the bathroom and shower were great. We couldn't have wished for a better apartment and Lydia and her team were very polite and accommodating.

Cons: The weather but that was out of their control!

Amazing stay!

Pros: The apartment is beautiful with a high sense of architectural and interior design. It was spotless, everything was exactly as described and the host was very friendly making us feel like home. The location is very close to the city centre. We will definitely visit again!
