Pros: Excellent location—close to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk from Opalchenska metro station, which offers a direct connection to the airport. The flat is lovely, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and there's a small communal garden that we really enjoyed. Safe neighbourhood and great value for money. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions

Cons: The sofa in the flat could use replacing, and the skirting board in the bedroom is coming away from the wall. Just general wear and tear,both should be easy to fix.

Comfortable stay in a very modern apartment while we enjoy the beautiful city of Sofia.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and vary comfortable. It was equipped with the required necessities. I would say the location is little away from the main attractions but the we used the metro which was only a 5 min walk. Only the downside was the bathroom which has the entrance from the one of the bedrooms and the sitting room. We found the shower in the middle was a very hazards.Once wet it was very slippery ( the floor was made of materiel that looks like laminate flooring but not tiles) Hopefully that can be rectified in future. Apart from that I would recommend the place highly while you enjoy the beautiful city of Sofia!

Pros: A compact, centrally located, clean apartment with most facilities. The staff were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in Sofia.

Cons: The shared washing machine was broken. Having said that, they did order a new order, but too late for us. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Pros: The apartment wasn't far to walk into the centre. Good location for metro

Very spacious and clean apartment

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean, and well equipped. There's a no shoes policy in the apartment, but they provided slippers to walk around in. The shared garden was an added bonus. Communication was very efficient, and when I had a small issue with operating the heating, it was solved for me in no time at all.

Cons: I was in the parterre apartment and you can clearly hear the people in the apartment above walking around or flushing their toilet. The above neighbors observed quiet time, so it didn't prove to be an issue, but something to be aware of if you're sensitive to this. The apartment could also benefit from some more atmospheric lighting. Everything was lit by quite bright spots in the ceiling, and I would've liked it if I had a bed light or something.

Pros: Clean atmosphere, close to the Sofia Mall, responsive staff.

Cons: Detached cooking induction plate, narrow staircase.

Pros: Excellent apartment,cozy and clean.Great location,walkable distance to the center(10 minutes) and accessible to public transport(metro station 4 minutes away).Easy to find and access.Communicative and helpful host.I highly recommend it for your short stay in Sofia.

Cons: Wifi was a bit slow at first,but host gave me alternative network and everything was fine after that.

Pros: The hosts are very friendly and responsive. The cosy flat meets all requirements. It is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Excellent public transport connections. Only a 5-minute walk away. Also only a short walk to the markets and shopping streets.

Pros: The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Pros: The location was excellent for people who want to wander around Sofia on foot. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and the bedroom was cute-n-cosy. And the yard was an unexpected bonus for morning coffee! Our hosts were attentive and quick in our delayed request for a parking spot.
