Pros: We had a pleasant stay at this property. The location is very convenient, as it is near the train station, making it easy to travel around. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated.

Cons: As someone who prefers to cook my own meals, I found that some kitchen materials and utensils were incomplete. It would be even better if the kitchen equipment were fully provided. Overall, I had a good experience, and with a few improvements to the kitchen facilities, it would be perfect.

Pros: everything was so so so goodd. complete cooking utensils, microwave oven, fridge, tv with YouTube, Netflix and amazon prime, feee wifi.

Cons: the mattress is a cheap quality one.

It was wonderful!

Pros: Everything was perfect. From apartment locations, everything is within 15-20 minutes on foot. Apartmant is small, but you have everything that you need, everything is clean, new, and good. I am super satisfied, and definitely if I am back in Sofia, I know where I will go.

Cons: We didn't have a dining table, but as we were out most of the day, we didn't even notice that. Except that, everything was perfect!

Pros: - room was very warm - amazing shower pressure - heated floors in the bathroom - quiet even in bottom room facing the outside street - parking provided (even though its 5 mins walk away from property) - the receptionist lady that came in the evening (10 pm or so) was exceptionally pleasant - good location, plenty cafes etc. to go to nearby, city center 20 min walk away

Wonderful hotel and helpful staff in a good location

Pros: The WiFi, tv and all other services from the reception and the staff were so helpful and so welcoming. All the reception staff (who were there all hours of the day) were lovely and welcoming and spoke good English, helpful when you speak no Bulgarian Check in and out were completely seamless, just hand over and hand back the keys Location of the hotel was great just a short walk to Sofia centre or get the tram from nearby stops, or the bus!

Cons: The drains in the hotel are quite slow, however they all work eventually and were sufficient, the shower is nice if you like to soak your feet 🤣
