Pros: Great communication with the property! Very kind hosts, ready to help. The studio was very nice, new and everything was very clean. The building is new and the location is good.

Cons: Very few things - there wasn't a sponge and detergent for washing some dishes. A bit of noise from neighboring apartment and corridor. The pictures of the studio when booking did not correspond exactly to the real situation (type of bed, presence of sofa).

Cons: TV very small, but I was only there for one night so I didn't use it anyway.

Pros: The AHS is a wonderful place to stay at! Super cosy, super modern! The Managers reply very fast and provide solutions for all sorts of issues. Plus, the staff is marvellous! I asked them to turn on the radiator heating from the previous day and they did it! So as soon as I walked in the room I felt at home cause it was so warm and I felt so toasty! The bathroom is very huge and the bath cabin is very big and comfortable! This is a rarity nowadays. The beds are extra comfortable - the mattresses are high quality and my body relaxed so well during my stay at AHS! Moreover, I was on the third floor in room 306 and the view was magnificent-I could enjoy the sky while laying in bed. Thank you for this beautiful place! I have booked another stay there for May 2026 and I cannot wait to be there again!

Pros: The apartment is very new and comfortable, and since it was quite cold during our stay, we had to use the heating, which also worked perfectly. There is absolutely nothing to complain about in the apartment. The conversation with the owner was exemplary, and the check-in process also worked perfectly.

Pros: The flat was very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home throughout my time there. Everything was well maintained and pleasant. The location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The ability to adjust the temperature to my preference made the stay even more comfortable. Nikolina & Mira also helped me arrange parking in a nearby gated parking area they collaborate with. While it may not be the most modern or secure parking in town, I didn’t face any issues

Pros: We had a great stay! We rented three apartments — all were clean, new, and well-equipped. Very modern and secure. The self check-in was quick and well organized, and you receive detailed instructions. Highly recommended!

Cons: It was all fine, maybe just the area, but it’s not far to walk to the city center.

Pros: The whole building has been turned into small studios/apt for rent. It has been recently renovated, with keypad door lockers everywhere. The check-in went smoothly despite having never met anyone. The apartment has all the main amenities, a small kitchen, AC, heating, and even a washing machine. Mine has 2 small balconies. It was very clean: I haven't found any dust or dirt anywhere. The location is amazing: walking distance to the center. It's a residential neighborhood with plenty of new apartments under construction but it had no noise disturbance.

Cons: Some of the separation walls have been raised during renovation to carve out more apartments. As a consequence, some rooms are not soundproof, and I could perfectly hear the guests in the adjacent room. In my case, this was particularly annoying since the bedroom was next to the bedroom of the other guest, who liked watching TV series on a speaker: in the evening, I could hear that too. Also, the beds, while being new, have a rock-solid mattress: I like sturdy mattresses, but this was too sturdy for me. Overall, I found the price-quality very good. For the location and price, I would consider staying here again next time i am in town.
