Pros: The metro station is 200 meters away from the apartment, you can reach the city center (or some other place) in 10 minutes with metro. No need for car, and city traffic jam.

Good value for money
Pros: Is was a new building,modern nice neighbourhood with new buildings. The kitchen was new, modern furniture, when we entered the room , the smell of cleanliness was a pleasant surprise.The room was very hot and the bed comfortable! Although we arrived three hours earlier than the check in, they were able to give us the key to our room. Thank you very much !
Cons: There was no shampoo, only shower gel , but that was not so important.

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a short break.
Cons: Parking isn't close to the hotel; there's construction going on nearby, making it noisy with large vehicles. For six days, our towels and sheets weren't changed, and I took out the trash myself. The receptionists weren't interested in their work, didn't greet me, and were reluctant to answer questions, all the while staring at their phones.

Very bright and cozy apartment.
Pros: The apartment is cozy, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood very close to the metro station. It even has a mosquito nett on the window. It is very bright and spacious. Laundry room is in the basement where you can wash and dry your clothes.

Pros: Lovely accommodation. Nice comfy bed. Good shower. There is a laundry service but it’s downstairs - we didn’t use it. Wash pods are only 1 lev each. Need to provide a tea towel and CLEAN wash up sponge and cloth. They aren’t that expensive ! Needs a little extra thought about cooking utensils too. Frying pan provided but no fish slice/spatula. If you want to make use of the cooking facilities bring your own utensils :)
Cons: Dirty floor - didn’t realise until my hubby went barefoot.

Good value for money
Pros: The size of our room was great for a couple traveling to Sofia for 2-3 days. Everything was clean, the bed is comfortable and there's a lot of storage space, so you can organize your clothes, shoes, bags, etc. The shower is also great. Billa Market, Pepco and a 24h shop right next to the place! Also metro M3 station that will take you to the city center in 25min.
Cons: I would suggest adding some utensils to the kitchen as pizza tray, dish cloth and oven mitt. The oven and the stove are pretty good and would be even better with those items. Bringing your own soap bar/shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is a must! (I brought mine, so this wasn't a problem, but you should take that as an advise and don't count on hotel amenities). We self checked-in, but when we went to reception the next day, the receptionist didn't even look at us... no \

Would use it again as it was good value for money
Pros: Spotlessly clean and modern. Safe parking if you paid for it. Large room and very comfortable bed. Location near to the Metro was a big bonus.
Cons: We needed to keep the weight of our luggage down so didn't take shower gels etc as the blurb said this was provided. However there was only one small satchet each in addition to the hand wash. We asked for more but none was forthcoming. The large shower head was not working properly as the water was leaking out of it. In fairness I should have reported this but didn't want to be a nuisance.
