Pros: Everything! We had the loveliest stay at this charming family-owned hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The cozy rooms were always warm and comfortable, with great heating and reliable hot water — perfect after a long day out. The elevator made everything super convenient too. Breakfast was truly a highlight — all homemade with an amazing variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. You could really taste the care put into every detail. The owners went above and beyond, providing us with so much helpful information about the area, arranging transportation, and even offering discounts for ski passes and spa visits. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable! And of course, we can’t forget the adorable dog who made our stay even more special 🐾

Excellent value for money und a nice family run hotel in Bansko.
Pros: Nice family run hotel in Bansko. Excellent price and good location. Walking distance from old town and from Skilift. Tasty breakfast with fire place and view on mountains. Free parking available along the road. Short term parking for on and offloading in front of the hotel (no idling please). Rooms are cleans and with very nice view on the Pirin mountains.

Great little studio close to everything!
Pros: Really nice hosts. 15 min walk from bus station and big supermarket. 20min to gondola. Really nice small studio with kitchen facilities and amazing hot modern shower with great water pressure 👌 It's needed after long day skiing. The heating worked perfectly and the place was really warm all night.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.

Good value for money, a decent option
Pros: The hosts have been very flexible, accomodating and very kind. They offered us free transport to the gondola in the morning. But we also walked, since it was pretty close (11-12 minutes on foot). The location is great, the hotel is right between the gondola and a Billa supermarket. Overall, it is great value for money. The price was excellent for new year's.
Cons: The hotel has space out front for a few cars. They charge their customers 5€ per day to park. I have never encountered something like this, it was a big disappointment. Even worse, we came during winter and they haven't even bothered to clear the snow and most importantly, the ice. Even the way to the entrance door was like an ice rink. However, this issue is not specific to this hotel. It was like that everywhere in Bansko. Still, all the other paid parking spots in town were cleaned up at least. You can hear almost every sound through the walls.

Good value for money
Pros: The hotel is good value for the price, the breakfast was excellent, different varieties of food were available every morning. The location is 10 min walk from the old town and ski lift. The owners of the hotel were friendly and very approachable.

Cons: However, it's worth noting a minor drawback concerning the room's sound insulation. The walls seemed a bit thin, allowing noise from late-returning guests to be easily heard. This disturbance, although infrequent, might affect light sleepers more significantly. It's important to mention that this issue does not reflect on the dedication and effort of the hotel's owners, who clearly strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for all their guests.
