Pros: I loved the place Teya was great and very accommodating. Nice location, quiet place. No need for air-conditioning.

Cons: The weekly cleaning was so so... The laundry is too far.

Amazing stay, close to Gondola lift, helpful staff

Pros: The property was spacious, comfortably fit our group. The facilities were great, the staff were amazing and very helpful with any queries. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great value for money, staff were super friendly. Room was plenty big for the two of us. Room was clean and modern. Fantastic restaurant inside hotel. Must try ! Hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from gandola.

Pros: Great hotel less than a 10 minute walk from the gondola station, and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with booking our transfer back to Sofia. Nice to relax in the sauna and have a beer in the bar after a day on the slopes. Will stay here again if I go back to Bansko

Еxcelent location and spa

Pros: The spa was excellent – so relaxing after a day out! Amazing location, just a short walk to the gondola. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great stay would stay again

Pros: Great location. Staff v friendly. Room v clean and cleaned every day. Spa v nice and clean. Bar areas v nice with friendly staff

Cons: Apartment kitchen could have had tea towel and more than just 1 small frying pan for cooking with.

Great spa appartments in walking distance to the gondola.

Pros: Very clean and tidy , loverly and warm with amazing cleaning staff who cleaned every day !

Cons: The bar was a little expensive and didn’t like taking cash which was annoying. We avoided the bar after day one. Horrendous smell of cannabis from one of the rooms which wasn’t addressed.

Great spa, great location!

Pros: Really close to the ski lift and the rental shop. Close to restaurants and bars. The room was huge and the place has a nice spa area.

Cons: We asked for a double bed and we got two individual beds instead.

Lovely stay, near Bankso ski slopes

Pros: Perfect location for Bankso ski slopes, located close enough to the nightlife but not enough to hear anything. Nice big room and bathroom. The spa at the hotel was great to use after a long days skiing. Lovely restaurant at the hotel.

Cons: the bed sheets were top sheets and did not stay on the bed during the night.
