Would definitely recomend this hotel. Much better value than the so called premier hotel the Rila...

Pros: Excellent large room and ensuite. BFasts very good. Very clean and value for money.

Cons: Rooms were very hot. A nice touch would have been giving free water on a daily basis.

Perfect price/quality ratio

Pros: It is one of the best hotels I have visited with a fabulous atmosphere, staff and facilities. The apartment (a double deluxe) for extremely fair price for a 5 star hotel, was immaculately clean, spacious, and arranged with beautiful vintage furniture. Fairly comfi bed. Being between seasons (late October), the restaurant was working only till 8pm. Almost exclusively for us, they nevertheless arranged that we were served delicious meals. Perfect price/quality ratio.

Cons: That we need to leave.

Pros: wonderful staff. Good, comfortable rooms with thoughtful design.

Cons: For some reason the bar wasn't working, supposedly there weren't any ingredients for cocktails. After the hotel restaurant closed, it was no longer possible to order food, and there was also no alternative to ordering delivery from other restaurants.

The best hotel in Boverets

Pros: The Grace family had a wonderful stay. This is a charming and beautiful full service hotel. It has a wonderful deco and bar and restaurant. I took my children for their 18th and 20th birthdays. The staff helped me throughout my stay. I can highly recommend the restaurant, spa facilities and heros ski hire (internal to the hotel). The pool here is warmer than the Rila. The food here is better then the Rila. The staff are nicer. I will be back again, as this hotel is just away from the main restaurant and bars and as such does not suffer from any noise. Don't delay, book it.

Cons: Some elements of the hotel could do with some maintenance.
