Pros: Location is OK. Breakfast was good, heated outdoor pool excellent for relax. Free parking :)

Cons: The dinner was very poor, not so many options and the taste of the potato puree was not good at all. The elevators are very slow, it takes 1 min to go from the ground floor to the third floor :(

Pros: It was a nice stay and we had the chance to profit from the swimming pool, it was relaxing. The breakfast was good and with diversity. Parking was not a problem.

Cons: Nothing to mention in a big place like that.

Great place to relax.

Pros: Nice property at the feet of a hill. Rich variety of tasty food. There was a surprise in the pool- water aerobics.

Cons: The room was close to the output of the ventilation system and thus noisy till late of the evening.

Pros: Very good experience for the money - for about forty euro per night you get a breakfast, a dinner and a hot mineral water pool. The place is quiet and the staff is nice and helpful.

Pros: The spa this hotel brings to you is just GREAT! Swimming in the hot mineral water pool I was feeling like I'm in heaven!

Cons: There was no soap in the shower which I recommend to the staff to care of

Place for warm relax and access to nature

Pros: Great location between the town and the forest nearby. The room and bathroom were nice and spacious. The entire hotel was pretty warm all the time. The inclusion of breakfast and dinner on the premise is very convenient and the choice is relatively rich. The warm pool outside is magical at night in winter. Cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful.

Cons: Not something that I didn't like - more of a doubt. After use of the SPA zone, bathrobe may get quite wet and does not have the time to dry. Is a replacing a usual option upon request? The sliding shower doors need some time to get used to (да им хванеш цаката). Also, more of a general comment for raising awareness among hotel guests, not particularly addressed to to hotel itself - alcohol and SPA are not supposed to get along well ;)

Pros: Nice comfortable rooms, clean spa facilities. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

I am already used to the hotel and the facilities, inner pool should be finished as soon as possible

Pros: It is good, but the fruit us served cut into small pieces several hours prior to meals and that is no good! Some diners were very modest, some were very good. There should be variety for someone who is vegetarian or feasts.

Cons: I ecpected the inner pool to be finished but is still at the begining. The outdoor pool is too small gor over 1000 guest since only 20 grown ups is the limit. Also free water during diner shall be included.

Pros: The breakfast was normal,as usually,nothing special

Pros: The facilities were clean. Outdoor pool is a little bit small also the spa zone.
