Pros: I was on the 12th floor. Had the pleasure of seeing an amazing sunrise. There is a gas station for last minute shopping.

To sum up, the hotel is great for a short work stay like mine.

Pros: The property is on a great location. 5 minutes to the railway station by foot and 10 minutes to the center. Since the hotel is built during the socialism, I was expecting for it to be old and dusty, but the room that I was in, was fully renovated and pretty clean. I was on the 11th floor and the view of the whole city was mesmerising.

Cons: Only I had one out of six towels that had some red stains and the second pillow from the wardrobe smelled like woman perfume.

A lovely relaxing place to stay - and definitely a good option when staying in Kyustendil.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff, the views from the balcony and the value for money. A lovely hotel in a very lovely town that is far too often ignored by tourist websites.

Cons: A breakfast option at the hotel would have been nice - but quite understand why there wasn't one.

The view is fantastic and the stay was very relaxing.

Pros: The hotel is huge, the room was very well equipped and very clean. The night was quiet and I could sleep very well. The view over the city was fantastic.

Pros: Всичко беше наред - стаята , отношението на персонала , чистотата .

Cons: Единственото , което не ни хареса са телевизорите - много са стари и почти нищо не се вижда . За тази цена на стаята би трябвало да има възможност да се гледа телевизия .

Топло, тихо, уютно място, напомнящо дома, с незабравима гледка.

Pros: Чиста, уютна, топла, стая, в пастели и топли цветове, превъзходна гледка към града, любезни и отзивчиви служители, отлично местоположение и локация- близо до градски център, алеи за разходки, исторически музей, жп и авто гари. Приятна и мека вода за къпане.

Cons: Нямам препоръки. Доволни сме!
