Pros: The location is great and the staff is super kind. The New year dinner menu was amazing! Congratulations for the organisation.

Cons: In general we had some misunderstanding about the breakfast but in the end all was fine.

Very cool family hotel, with vintage feel

Pros: Location is great, staff was really nice, especially the receptionist. The room was very big, confortable, decirated very cool (the lids loved the atmosphere!) . They even have a jacuzzi - although I didn’t figure out how to use it right 🙂 Breakfast was basic, but also very cheap, so good value for money.

Cons: Well- I liked everything, but small things could be improved. Like the hairdrier was not working well, the shower was leaking, there and there was no drinking water. But- as I said, these are very small things.

Great place for a chill holiday in the centre of the city

Pros: It’s really comfy, clean and warm. As outside the inside is so beautiful and well decorated. The piano bar in the basement is incredibly!

Cons: Nothing, it’s perfect.

Pros: Good location and very kind staff. Also the room is large enough.

Cons: The rooms need to be renovated. The mattress was not very comfortable. There was a party in the hotels’s restaurant and it was noise until midnight.

Cons: For those traveling by car, Gps guidance can be confusing. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, but the guests are allowed to park there

Cons: There is no lift so if you have lots of luggage it can be difficult

Pros: Искам да ви споделя че хотелчето беше може би най-доброто място на което сме оставали в Кюстендил! Топло, чисто и приветливо, но най-вече отношението на хората - за една нощувка се слещнахме с трима рецепциониста и се заговорихме с всички. Прекрасни и отзивчиви хора! Пожелавам им здраве!

Cons: Паркирането е малък проблем.
