Pros: A lot of parking space. A restaurant downstairs with delicious meals. Friendly hosts and top level facilities.

Pros: The nicest, kindest, most flexible host/staff EVER despite extremely late checkin :) Very nice, firm matresses. Clean and modern rooms. Great cityviews from private balcony. Aircondition well functioning. Escalator HUGE plus for me as disabled. Also as an architecture lover I think this is a beautiful, interesting building from an important time period. Interior as well as exterior...

Pros: Хотелът е на минута-две разстояние от централния площад, просто топ локация. Има вътрешен гарантиран паркинг за гостите на хотела. Стаята ни беше уютна, топла с комфортни легла. Определено ще се върнем отново. Благодарим ви за гостоприемството.

Страхотен град с мили хора

Pros: Местоположението е страхотно. Стаята е просторна и чиста.

Cons: Вечер след 21:00 часа няма никаква вода и ако искаш да си вземеш душ, няма как да стане. Дори и ръцете не можеш да си измиеш.

Pros: Розташування в 5 хвилинах він центру і найкращих закладів міста, внизу готеля є 2 ресторани з чудовим меню, персонал пряцює відмінно і допомагає в усіх питаннях, загалом повністю задоволений готелем

Cons: Єдине що мені не сподобалось це душ без дверей, в кімнаті все було мокре, неможливо взяти з собою телефон або рушник

Прекрасно преживяване

Pros: Изключително приятно и уютно място, където собственичката Антоанета, ни посрещна много топло и сърдечно. С невероятно вдъхновение, тя е подредила целият хотел, всичко е аранжирала с много вкус и усет към красивото... И резултатът е налице... когато нещо се сътворява от душа и голямо сърце! Атмосферата зарежда с изключителна позитивна енергия. Успяхме да намерим чисто и спокойно местенце, в самият център на Кюстендил, на пешеходно разстояние от всичко, което ни е необходимо. Прекарахме чудесно! Благодарим за милото отношение! С пожелание за здраве, много успехи и нови вълнуващи срещи!
