Pros: The location is perfect as it is just short walk to all main attractions of the city. The staff is very helpful and friendly.The room is really comfortable. I really like the short tour of the roman bathhouse in the morning.It deserves a 5/5 and no doubt a great hotel to stay in. Please keep up and if I am ever back in Plovdiv, this hotel will be my first choice. =)

Pros: Exceptional, interesting hotel, very good location, very polite staff. Built on top of an ancient Roman bath. A very detailed presentation is given by the staff, in the Roman bath itself (basement). Exceptional work, very interesting experience

Well located new hotel with history

Pros: Staff were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and personalized. Roman bath ruins beneath the hotel were a nice bonus to see. Parking was only a few steps away and easy to find (15 euro/night). Room was clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic for sightseeing and for dining. Hotel is only a few years old, so everything is nice and new but with old world charm.

Cons: No complaints.

Modern fairy tale

Pros: Fairy tale place! Warm welcoming and kindest personal. Great location in Old City and close to Art Academy where we attended contest “Talents of Orpheus”. Clean and tidy rooms, free drinks and zesty espresso.

Pros: Wonderful property with an amazing, professional staff and exceptional attention to detail. Everything at the hotel was beyond perfect, and it truly exceeded my expectations. One of the best stays I’ve had in a long time.

Pros: Was in a very central location, close walking distance to the high street and local restaurants. Includes a parking lot (€5 per day) but given how difficult it is to find parking, a fee I gladly paid. Staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond their duties. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Very modern and clean.

Cons: Absolutely nothing.

Pros: Excellent central location 1 minute from the main pedestrian street. Helpful, friendly staff who showed me the remains of the Roman bath in the basement, organised taxi and provided restaurant recommendations. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
