Fantastic hotel in in the city! 100% recommendation from my side!

Pros: Absolutely fantastic hotel! Brand-new, stylish, comfortable, great service, very tasty breakfast, in the middle of city centre. I stayed in Plowdiv many times in different hotels but this is one of the best hotels objectively. I definitely recommend this hotel. Value for money is incredible. In my opinion, this is how the hotel should be. so much attention for details.

Cons: Actually, is very difficult to find minor points as this hotel ticks so many boxes in a positive way.

Pros: Cannot fault this hotel. If I had to pick one thing it would be the restaurant waiters. Not very attentive but having said that the service was excellent.

Cons: No faults really. Reception crew top class and more than helpful.

Great place

Pros: We often travel to Plovdiv for work and I can honestly say this might be my favourite hotel there. The location is great. Right in the Center but yet in a very secluded area, close to a park. The design and the facilities are up to the standard for a five star hotel. The rooms are spacious enough. But what won me over is how professional and friendly the staff are and the fact that the hotel is very pet friendly. The restaurant is also quite nice. My only recommendation is for the hotel to provide bathrobes in the rooms, given that they have a great spa.

Pros: The breakfast was ok, could be better. The location of the hotel is second to none. The restaurant is excellent , nice decor , the food was outstanding, can't praise enough the quality , flavours and presentation. Very attentive service, great selection of Bulgarian wines.
