Excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

Pros: The staff were so friendly all times of day and night. The free upgrade to a junior suite made my stay exceptional. The location is fantastic. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great location. The staff so polite and helpful. the facilities are very well.. breakfast at an other location close by and little expensive for what you get but decent.

Cons: If you don't pay 15euro per day its impossible to park your car in the area without a parking ticket.

Pros: Great hotel! Great Location! Great stuff! I am recommending to everybody.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like related with the hotel :) However, I have issues with Booking.com and considering that they pretty capsulated in the communication channels I am sharing my message to them here: Dear Booking.com, After update of Booking.com app, I had to sign in. Although I have signed in with my account which I have since more than 10 years and plenty of bookings, my genius level, part of the history and all comments are missing. I used to be Genius 3 level user and plenty of bookings. Now, without any reason, I start from scratch due to technical reasons related with your platform Please, assist with recovering my account and all previous details. Thank you! Valentin

Pros: Central location , fantastic breakfast, very surprised and above normal Bulgarian hotel standard as was in a theatre restaurant across the road with great service and an actual menu with a pleasant selection. Room was comfortable, very modern design, we were upgraded to a junior suite. Great value for city center and we found nice restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away.

Cons: We could not find any particular fault with this hotel stay.

Cons: Breakfast is with few options and served in a nearby restaurant Parking costs 15€ per day Stuff not helping with information needed (The elevator is just behind the reception and It is not visible and I climb the stairs and the receptionist didn't even suggest that I can take the elevator)

Pros: Clean and great location, staff were helpful and friendly

Cons: Air con was difficult to use

Pros: The location can't be better, close to all the major sites and public transportation too, although the room is a bit small.

Excellent spot to discover the city center.
