Pros: Hotel is clean, quite, staff are friendly and helpful if needed. House keeping is on. Point. The hotel is close to the Central train, eateries and shopping. Bar downstairs to get hot drinks and sprrits.

Everything was very nice

Pros: Nice spacious room, 20 minutes walk from the center. Free parking is included. Heating in the winter is via AC.

Cons: Beds were too soft for our liking. Some furniture looks old, but still clean and usable.

Pros: Friendly reception on arrival a bit early. Good map available. Very comfortable room with an elevator to your floors. Great location for public transport including to Bachkovo monastery

Pros: Spotless. On the fourth floor so very quiet. We both slept really well.

Pros: It was a clean room, close to the center of city, affordable rates and plenty of restaurants close by. Also next to train station if you go to Sofia or Varna, and the bus station to Istanbul. Staff speaks english, bulgarian and even spanish, so to us that was real helpful.

Pros: Location was great, staff knew english really well, we loved the clean room, nice-looking room and quiet hotel at all.

Cons: We were not able to turn on AC - it was bit non- used and was smelly after turning on. Nothing we cannot survive, we did it without AC whole stay.
