Simple, sleep and go hotel, 10 mins walk to town centre.

Pros: Friendly staff at reception, was able to check in early as I arrived earlier than expected. Comfortable quiet room to sleep. 10 mins easy walk to town centre. A kettle to make tea in the room. Breakfast was very simple, choose from menu options and brought to table. Price and performance ratio was correct.

Cons: All ok for me, just a quick stop for one night. The hotel is a bit tired looking now, certainly time to do some refurbishment.

Highly recommended

Pros: Hotel in a relatively old building that is kept in very good condition with full amenities and services. Excellent value for money. Very close to the old town and the Kapana . The staff are friendly and helpful. It also has private parking spaces. We were very impressed that they speak Greek!!! Highly recommended.

Clean, convenient and great value for money.

Pros: Location was convenient, close to the old town. The building may lack in charm, but the personnel have it in spades. Plus, breakfast was excellent (or should I say eggs-cellent?). In terms of value for money, you really can't ask for more.

Cons: The bathtub in our room was dangerously high; getting out of it was a real hazard. It should be replaced with a shower as soon as possible.

Loved Plovdiv

Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful including providing us with a simple packed breakfast on the day we left as we had to leave early. Room very clean and we had a room at the back which didn’t have a great outlook but was extremely quiet. Easy walk to the old town with restaurant across in the park and small supermarket nearby.

It was a pleasant stay.

Pros: The hotel is within a walking distance from the city center, you have a predetermined list of breakfast from which you may chose, it's consistent. There's nothing fancy about the location but it's clean and you have the possibility to park your car so for a city break or transiting it offers all the conditions.
