Cons: Not at all , final perception is the most important

We had a pleasant stay.

Pros: I liked the architecture, design and furniture. There was air conditioning, a nice view from the window, towels, a mini fridge, tea and coffee in the room. The staff was nice and there were parking spots.

Cons: There was smell of canal in the room. There were no small shampoos and soaps.

Nice stay at Urban hotel.

Pros: I liked the room but I wasn't happy that every time one of us visited the toilet the lights in the room automatically would turn on and then waiting some time to automatically turned off. I couldn't sleep that well because you could hear the noise in the morning coming from the other rooms and the corridors. I asked for gluten free options for my son's breakfast(which I paid to be included in the price)despite receiving an email that it can be arranged,the staff were not aware 😕. Otherwise I liked the food options at the breakfast buffet. The lady was very kind to provide fresh fruit for my son. That was the only option for him!

Cons: No options for food allergies. A little noisy.

Pros: The location was convenient for me. Nice hotel with different design. A bit weird having the faucet in the room outside the bathroom. Standard breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom could be too transparent for twin rooms and people who are looking for privacy, beds were ok but not super comfortable and it could have been cleaner.

Pros: The location was nice. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Linen was fresh

Cons: There is a motion sensor light in the room, and every time someone moves it stays on for about 10 minutes, very inconvenient in the middle of the night when one of us turned in the bed. I'm not a huge fan of a glass cubicle with a wide strip in the middle for privacy as a shower and toilet, especially in a triple room. Mattresses were also thin

Pros: I liked the interior of the rooms and the hotel in general was well maintained. The staff was great and very helpful l would love to visit again

Pros: Super place for couples, sauna was working perfectly, decent breakfast and perfet room temperature. We will visit again for sure and thank you very much for everything. Tottaly recommend 10/10!

Fine stay in Plovdiv

Pros: Amazing front office, they are welcoming and made our stay state of art. They found a prompt solution for our all requests. Open buffet breakfast was quite fine. And parking.

Cons: What could be better, bed matresses (spring matress) and pillows should be renewed and replaced with global hotel standards (because this hotel worths it). And curtains should block the sun rays, when sunrise starts it makes you awake :)

Fine stay in Plovdiv

Pros: Amazing front office, they are welcoming and made our stay state of art. They found a prompt solution for our all requests. Open buffet breakfast was quite fine. And parking.

Cons: What could be better, bed matresses (spring matress) and pillows should be renewed and replaced with global hotel standards (because this hotel worths it). And curtains should block the sun rays, when sunrise starts it makes you awake :)

Pros: Everything was nice, I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. I booked twice the hotel within two weeks.

Cons: To pay an additional fee for the pool while I am a guest
