Pros: The hosts were very kind and understanding. We had a small issue that was resolved instantaneously. We received excellent service. There was a nice bar across the street that belonged to the owners. We would recommend both the bar and the hotel. Finally, the location was amazing.

Pros: Great location and service. We were running late on new year's eve and the hosts supported us fully on the spot.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions, bars, restaurants in Plovdiv. I also have to mention Nidal, who was not only helpful but also incredibly friendly. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a traveler passing through. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Plovdiv!
