Wonderful stay in a museum-like hotel

Pros: Everything. The location was fantastic and the staff were always available and very friendly. Excellent service and it felt as though you were staying at a wonderfully kept museum.

A unique experience in a very interesting old city

Pros: Everything was excellent. It was a unique experience and we would certainly book to seat there again if we are in Plovdiv.

Cons: Help with the luggage on the stairs up to the hotel. Everything else was excellent

Fantastic feeling - going back in time

Pros: Located in historic Old Town. All attractions and Kapana neighbourhood is nearby. Room was clean and bed was vey comfortable. Too. and hotel was fantastic decorated. Recommended for all occasions.

Cons: 1. Breakfast was quite poor but breakfast room was very charming and nice decorated. 2. Parking was a small open yard - not so close to the hotel, thus not a protected area. It should be free of charge.

Authentic antique style, helpful staff

Pros: Beautiful old hotel with antique furniture all in the Revivalist style of Plovdiv. Big room with loads of space Generous breakfast Exceptionally helpful staff, one of whom got her colleague to come out to the hotel and drive us to the bus station when we couldn't find a taxi
