We really enjoyed our stay there.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Travelling by car has never been so convenient. The hotel has a garage, available upon reservation, which allows you to park your vehicle in total safety. This service allows you to enjoy your stay without worries, knowing that your car is safe and secure just a few steps away.

Cons: Although the breakfast at hotel comprises variety of food the eggs were cold. We do not like cold eggs.

Perfect

Pros: The hotel is located right in the heart of the old city. Its proximity to all the tourist attractions that must be seen on foot is a huge advantage. The hotel also provided early check-in as requested, and the availability of a covered garage for our car was an important feature. In addition, they serve a wonderful breakfast here.

Cons: A receptionist with a good level of English would be ideal.

Old Town Charm

Pros: Fantastic location in old town. (Beware: some roads can be steep and the cobbles very uneven!) Several restaurants within easy reach. Reasonably sized room with an old but functioning aircon unit and a modern bathroom. Standard Bulgarian buffet style breakfast. The owners were very helpful. There is a garage for a few cars.

Cons: Wi-Fi only in the lobby/breakfast room.

Pros: Nice cozy hotel right next to the old town with a lot of flowers around it. Nice breakfast. Arriving by car was a bit of an adventure since the cobbled streets were a nightmare for the car, but the hotel provides a garage

Pros: Everything was perfect. Very cozy place in the heart of the old town. Authentic house, where the host will welcome you. The ancient teather is only 350 m.walking distance. The city is around 550m walking distance. They serve magnificent breakfast, including eggs,various cheese and sausages, and traditional sweet bread, like donuts. Defiantly will come again.
