Outstanding Hotel, Brilliant Staff

Pros: This place was outstanding, on arrival we where welcomed by Thomas who gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The attention to detail and interior design is second to none, the basement bar is a great place to knock back a few beers at the end of the night. The location is brilliant for exploring Sofia and beside Serdika Metro station which is a direct link to the Airport for 80 cents. Breakfast is a very generous spread for only €9. We will be back on our way from Bansko for a days next year.

Pros: The location is close to the city center, just a few steps away from all the main attractions. The staff are extremely friendly — special thanks to Thomas and Christian. The property offers a free walking tour of Sofia, which is a great bonus. The room is very spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need.

Amazing hotel, nice and modern with lovely staff

Pros: Our host at the front desk was possibly the nicest we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Stoyan advised us of a great little hidden gem for breakfast, and allowed us to check in a bit early to rest. He was just a genuine legend. The hotel also was fantastic - with modern fixtures and comfortable bed. Our tv was enormous!

Cons: Nothing.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, loved it!

Pros: The hotel is very unique in design and the paintings beautiful. It is situated very close to metro stations and is a short (lovely) walk to Main Street in the city center. The room we stayed it was gorgeous! Very bright, exceptionally quiet, with all necessary amenities, perfect for a longer stay! Breakfast which was included in the price was also very good with a variety of selections. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again!

Cons: I can’t say that there is something I didn’t like, we enjoyed everything! Maybe we would have liked for the restaurant to be open for lunch and dinner as it was very hard to find food on New Year’s Eve , but even then the staff offered to help us out to find something. If the restaurant gets up and running again it will really add to the experience!

Quirky, central location, helpful staff, a bit noisy

Pros: Quirky, central location, helpful staff. Nice big TV.

Cons: Noise: could hear people in the next door bathroom. Some kid or adult was running back and forth in the room above for about 20 minutes when we arrived. You could hear planes taking off when the window was open. Shower water pressure was a little weak.
