Great location but improvment needed

Pros: Amazing location. The place has a character. Nice staff members. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Cleanliness is a question: dust everywhere, under the bed specially, on the shelves, and the walls wherever you touch, leaves a white trace. Bedding: while the mattress is comfortable, there are particles stuck on the mattress and mattress topper if sheet is removed. The linen is stained due to usage of bleaching. Yet, smelled fresh so question in terms of linen cleanliness. Also, nice to see the towels folded nicely on the bed when room was made. Booking was on single occupancy, provided duvets were two single and was very uncomfortable and unpractical. The shower, absolute mess when taking a shower, the whole shower area turns watery. As well, the door step needs to be raised, otherwise even when door is closed, the whole water comes out to the hallway. The carpet next to the bed: definitely needs to be changed, it is an excellence choice for a summer destination but in winter, its particles stuck everywhere on socks, on clothes… The stairs main area, there is a huge open hole in behind the door and needs to be fixed. Makes it look terrible to look at.

Pros: The location was good just over the road from LIDL and close to several takeaway restaurants. The room was well insulated. Coffee and tea making was possible with a good sized kettle.

Cons: Not easy to control shower temperature. A microwave for guests' use would enhance the kitchen offer. The air conditioner and fridge kept me awake at night.

Pros: The room was clean and on great location. Stuff was very friendly

Pros: Great hotel, friendly manager who showed everything and escorted us to the room. The room is warm and has a kettle and a TV, a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a shower. The hotel is located in a convenient central area, with many shops nearby.

Cons: The downside is that there are no slippers, and the bathroom floor is quite cold to stand on barefoot. After taking a shower, everything gets wet, which is not very convenient.

Pros: I like the location. Is it near the city center. The staff was helpful and polite.

Cons: The bathroom was very small, so you couldn't take a shower.

Glad for our choice

Pros: The location is more than perfect. It was in the main road, a few minutes walk from the city center. The place was clean and very safe. The man in the reception was very friendly and helpful. Overall we are very pleased with our stay.

Cons: In Bulgaria be prepare to find the toilet and the shower within a small place. Not necessary bad, but very unusual for us.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Comfortable room with fridge and kettle, walkable from the bus station. Lady that checked us in was very friendly. Shower is good but a wet room so the entire room becomes quite soaked but that's fine. For the price this was totally fine!

Cons: Nothing, everything was fine

Comfortable in great location

Pros: Great value in a great location. Easy aces to central train station and city centre facilities. Staff very helpful and room spotlessly clean.

Pros: Excellent price/quality ratio. There is everything needed for short city break visit.

Cons: No elevator.
