Good family hotel

Pros: I stayed 2nd time here. I like a location, it is close to main train/bus station and in a walking distance to the city centre. You can leave your luggage in the hotel after ckeck-out. And check-out is until 11:30a.m.- possible sleep longer. 😀

Good value in a good location - but cash only payment upon arrival.

Pros: The spacious room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a good location, although not very close to ordinary sit-down restaurants.

Cons: It was not made clear early in the booking process that only cash (Bulgarian or Euro, Oct 2025.) was accepted upon arrival. No card facilities were available.

great location! easy access and transportation to everywhere

Pros: First of all, it is in a great location. It is within walking distance to almost all attractions and the bus and train station. The staff is understanding and the atmosphere is calm. There is also luggage storage.

Cons: The bathroom in the economy room on the roof is sloped. Those looking for comfort may have a problem with it, but it wasn't a problem for me.
