Pros: The lady at reception was wonderful! So welcoming, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Accommodation was fab. They even left us bottled water and croissants. Beautifully clean and maintained.

Cons: Nothing. We had private parking, we could walk to local restaurants, and a short 20-minute walk into Sofia centre if we wanted. A bus service passes regularly. There's a good bit of development going on in the surrounding area, none of which affected our stay. Will definitely book again

Pros: Extremely positive in every way, hotel, room, functionality, cleanliness, hospitality, communication, no hidden flaws, no complaints. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent.studio

Pros: The perfect studio for a city trip: + Excellent value for money + brand new and very clean studio, spacious but quiet + Not far from underground stop + Private parking + Shops nearby (but hardly any restaurants). Also: no stove in the kitchen. + very nice, attentive and helpful host

Cons: Mattress comfort is highly subjective, so it doesn’t affect my rating. For reference, I’d rate this one a 1 on a scale of 1 (super soft) to 5 (very firm); I prefer 4–5. :-). I don't like memory foam.

slightly out of town but a nice big room, well presented. easy parking

Pros: it's a little bit out of the centre but you get a quiet place with big rooms nicely fitted out with small kitchens. we travelled as friends and ended up buying pizza and wine and sitting together in the evening in one room. the rooms were ready early and the parking was reserved for us. really lovely staff. drop the keys in the box when you leave.

Cons: it doesn't claim to have breakfast but getting coffee nearby on a Sunday morning was a challenge.

Very nice stay in Sofia

Pros: The location is very close to public transportation but we preferred to walk to the center. It was clean, quiet and perfect for relaxation. The triple bed room was big and the kitchen equipped with all necessary items. We asked for a parking place and we had one booked in the backyard.

Good for one night

Pros: Clean room, elevator. Free parking in the hotel lot.

Cons: Relatively expensive hotel for what you get, but it seems to be typical for all of Bulgaria. The hotel is in a residential area, not in the center, but good bus and metro connections.

good value for money, would stay here again

Pros: friendly receptionist they cleaned the room every day, no idea why very good location-close to a metro station packaged croissant in the room for free parking spot for our rented car in front of the building (under our window)

Cons: the sights from the windows, but it is kind of OK, because we needed for sleeping only the room neighbours were loud (poor sound proofing)

Receptionist deserve a pay rise!

Pros: Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the lady at the counter was really kind! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.
